What colours of finish are available?
ASH – Ash has an overall fresh and lively look, thank to its distinctive, textured grain.
OAK – Thanks to its even texture and grain, oak is favored for its subtle, luxurious appeal.
CLUB – The Club Series is frequently used in gyms and studios. The stain finishing renders the wooden surface more definition, without covering the grain.
SHADOW – The Shadow Series is manufactured with beech wood.
CHERRY – Cherry wood boasts an overall exquisite, classic appeal.
WALNUT – Walnut is considered a precious wood and perfectly suited for the high-end, sophisticated interior.
What times are your showroom open?
We are open 7 days a week, by appointment only. We can usually accommodate appointments, any day of the week, between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00, please use our Contact Us page to get in touch.
Pricing displayed is for March 2023. The wood finish will dictate the price of each model e.g. the Walnut version of a product costs more than the Ash version.
Generally, all items can be shipped next day but this will be confirmed at the time of your visit, or the following day.
Where is your showroom?
Our WATERROWER | NOHRD showroom is based in Shipston on Stour, 10 miles south of Stratford Upon Avon.
There is free parking onsite and we are six miles from Moreton in Marsh Train Station.

Can I try the WaterRower NOHrD equipment before I buy?
Yes, you are welcome to try any of the equipment in our showroom. You will have exclusive use of the showroom during your visit so you can take as long as you need to decide what equipment would work for you.
Can you help install the equipment in our home or business?
Yes, JymSpace technicians can come to your property to setup your equipment as well as showing you how to use each item. This is a chargeable service and will be based on where you are located and which pieces of equipment you have purchased.
Do you offer Finance?
Interest free finance is available on a 36 month finance agreement with a 10% deposit. Klarna have been chosen as the finance partner and we will assist you in applying for Klarna finance.

What is the Warranty and Support on the WaterRower NOHrD equipment?
Register your WATERROWER to upgrade from a 1-year warranty to a 2-year parts, 3-year frame commercial warranty for the A1 Studio, and a 3-year parts, 5 year frame warranty on all other WATERROWER | NOHRD models.
