Our WATERROWER | NOHRD showroom is based in Shipston on Stour, 10 miles south of Stratford Upon Avon.
There is free parking onsite and we are six miles from Moreton in Marsh Train Station.

Can I try the WaterRower NOHrD equipment before I buy?
Yes, you are welcome to try any of the equipment in our showroom. You will have exclusive use of the showroom during your visit so you can take as long as you need to decide what equipment would work for you.
Can you help install the equipment in our home or business?
Yes, JymSpace technicians can come to your property to setup your equipment as well as showing you how to use each item. This is a chargeable service and will be based on where you are located and which pieces of equipment you have purchased.
Do you offer Finance?
Interest free finance is available on a 36 month finance agreement with a 10% deposit. Klarna have been chosen as the finance partner and we will assist you in applying for Klarna finance.

What is the Warranty and Support on the WaterRower NOHrD equipment?
Register your WATERROWER to upgrade from a 1-year warranty to a 2-year parts, 3-year frame commercial warranty for the A1 Studio, and a 3-year parts, 5 year frame warranty on all other WATERROWER | NOHRD models.
WATERROWER | NOHRD offer a comprehensive support service covering setting up, cleaning, troubleshooting, technique, apps and spare parts.
